Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used products. As a cosmetics and body care brand, we are unable to resell products once they have been opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you have purchased a product and it remains unopened and unused, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@bodyglue.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or fault
  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Contact us at service@bodyglue.com.au with your order number and reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
